01Nature of information
Content on this site is general information and does not constitute a diagnosis or a binding treatment recommendation. A treatment plan is valid only after clinical assessment by a licensed practitioner.
02Quotes and pricing
A written quote is fixed for the treatment described, subject to clinical findings at assessment. If the clinical picture changes, we will inform you and agree any change before proceeding. Quotes exclude flights and accommodation unless stated.
03Warranty
Eligible treatments carry a 5-year written warranty recorded on your warranty card, subject to the warranty terms provided at treatment, including attendance at recommended reviews and reasonable oral care.
04Appointments and travel
You are responsible for your own travel arrangements and documents. We assist with partner-rate accommodation and transfers but are not a travel agent and are not liable for third-party travel services.
05Liability
Clinical care is provided by licensed practitioners registered with the Albanian Ministry of Health and governed by applicable Albanian and EU healthcare law. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
06Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Tirana, without prejudice to consumer protections in your country of residence.
