01Who we are
Aiden Dental International is the international-patient service of Aiden Dental, Tirana, Albania (licence MoH-AL / 2018-DDS-0417). We are the data controller for information you share through this site.
02What we collect
Your name and contact details, the country you travel from, any clinical images (X-rays or photos) you upload, and messages you send us. We collect only what we need to prepare a treatment plan and arrange care.
03Clinical images
X-rays and photos are treated as sensitive health data. They are stored securely, accessed only by clinical staff preparing your plan, and never published or shared for marketing. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
04How we use it
To prepare your written treatment plan and fixed quote, to arrange appointments and travel, and to provide aftercare under your warranty. We do not sell your data.
05Retention
Clinical records are kept for the period required by medical regulation. Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond and, where you become a patient, to support your care and warranty.
06Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to processing. Contact care@international.aidendental.com and we will respond within one month.
